We are looking for a generalist full-stack engineer who has some familiarity with DevOps & Infra. As one of our very first employees, you will have the same degree of technical ownership as us. Our platform is evolving rapidly, and you will be expected to suggest and implement new PaaS features in order to grow the capabilities of the Porter platform. Below are the ideal qualifications for the role, but don't be discouraged if you do not meet these qualifications - we value your rate of learning above anything else.

Ideal Qualifications

• You have extensive experience designing frontend architecture for state management (Typescript/React).
• You are comfortable interfacing with/contributing to a backend written in Go.
• You are familiar with Docker and Kubernetes. Although it's not your primary focus, you have interest in DevOps and frequently work on personal projects from development to deployment.
• You are not daunted by the idea of wearing multiple hats and stepping out of your comfort zone. You thrive on open-ended challenges and love operating with ownership.

As in any other startup, your responsibilities will constantly shift as we iterate rapidly. It is essential that you are not only comfortable taking on new responsibilities, but also excited by them.
